Straight from the site: "l33t is an esoteric programming language created by Stephen McGreal and Alex Mole. It is based loosely on Brainfuck and influenced by Beatnik. It's a tongue-in-cheek attempt to create a language which can be programmed using Leet Speak, for the script kiddies, trolls and crackers who find themselves amused by it."
